This policy explains how MyTikiPlace handles information collected through placemytiki.com and when you contact us about a project.

Information you provide

Our quote form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city or ZIP code, and type of space. Your email address, approximate measurements and project details are optional. We also receive the information you choose to share when contacting us by email, phone or messaging. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in your inquiry.

How we use it

We use your contact and project information to respond, prepare your quote and follow up about your project. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Where your inquiry is processed

Quote requests are saved as private records in WordPress on our Hostinger hosting and sent to our Gmail inbox. Providers process information as part of supplying these services; this is different from selling your information.

• Hostinger provides website hosting, delivery and related technical services.
• Google/Gmail handles quote notifications and our email correspondence. Google Analytics provides optional website measurement when you allow it.
• Our private MyTikiPlace CRM workspace, hosted through OpenAI Sites, receives copies of new quote inquiries to help us organize and follow up on them.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their service practices. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Technical information and cookies

Website delivery and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. WordPress uses technical cookies for functions such as administrator login. Our form also uses anti-spam checks and a short-lived limit on repeated submissions.

WooCommerce traffic-source attribution is disabled. We use optional Google Analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Use necessary only” does not affect the quote form. Analytics helps us understand page visits, accepted quote requests and the types of contact links clicked. We do not send the contents of your form, your name, email, phone number, contact-link destinations or inquiry identifiers as Analytics event parameters. Google may process technical connection and device information, including IP information, to provide its service. Google Signals, advertising personalization and user-provided data collection are disabled; we do not load the Meta advertising pixel.

You can change or withdraw your Analytics choice using “Privacy choices” on the website. Withdrawal stops future Analytics events from this browser and removes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Your consent choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days without automatic extension. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months without resetting it on new activity; standard aggregate reports are handled separately. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking technical cookies may affect functions such as login.

Social and messaging links

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp links take you to services operated by Meta. Those services handle your visit and messages under their own privacy policies. Following a social link is optional and is not required to request a quote through our website.

Retention and your choices

For inquiries that do not become a project, we normally review follow-up around two months after the inquiry and check whether you are still interested before closing and deleting records that are no longer needed. This is a manual review, not an automatic 60-day deletion. Active project correspondence and records needed for applicable legal obligations may need to be kept longer.

You can ask us to stop following up, correct your details, or review or delete your inquiry by emailing mytikiplace@gmail.com. Use the subject “Privacy request” or “Delete My Info.” Please identify the inquiry without sending sensitive identity documents. We may need to confirm which record belongs to you. Copies held in service-provider backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire.
